We’re excited to have you on board and look forward to your valuable feedback. To get things off the ground we have a simple start to the Beta Program, and would like you to follow us to the final objective.
Objective:
The objective or goal of the first test in the beta program is the Onboarding Test. For the moment the only test call you can make is: *65
You will need to complete the following steps, and make a test call, but it will depend on the platform you would like to use. You can also use either or both the Mobile Application and (or) the Web Application.
Web Application Process:
- Open a new tab in your Web Browser. We support all major browsers.
- Head over to https://www.siperb.com/phone/
Mobile Application Process:
- Open either the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.
- Download and Install the App, and open it.
Both Web & Mobile:
- Follow the on-screen instructions to create an account.
- Create a Device Provisioning Profile
- When you have completed the steps let the phone load, and make your first test call: *65
What to Expect During the Beta Program
- Current Features: At this stage, you’ll have access to some key features and functionalities. However, as this is a beta program, not all features are fully developed yet.
- Limitations: Some features are still in progress and may not be available. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to enhance the app.
- Feedback Request: Your experience is invaluable. We encourage you to explore the available features, test the app’s layout, and provide feedback on any issues or suggestions you might have.
We have deliberately not gone into too much detail here, as we want to know how the experience unfolded for you, so that we can make it as intuitive as possible.
